Qingyang series wheels –light weight steel wheel
Advantages of Qingyang series wheels:
1. Using high strength ''shaungxianggang'' material, efficiently improve tubeless steel wheel strength and reduce the weight up to 9 kg each unit.
2. Keeping the classic structure design of traditional tubeless wheel, increasing the wheel's strength and reducing the wheel's weight, better fuel saving, better energy conservation, better comfort.
Note: Shuangxianggang is a sort of steel which consist of tiesutixiang and mashitixiang, which is made by rolling low carbon and low alloy steel after critical treatment or control.
3. Comparing with aluminum wheel, value for money is higher.
Applied to high express way and common grade road condition, long way cargo vehicle and bus.

Suppose running 250 000 km per year, rate of full loading / empty loading is 70%.
Road cost: 0.4 yuan/ ton/ km
22 tyres, mileage 125 000km, tyre cost is 2000yuan / unit.
Fuel per km, 40 L; Cost of fuel: 4.0 yuan/ L.
Advantages of Qingyang series wheels with hump design :
1. Particularly valve outside design, no more collision bother when matching with disc braking , air suspension vehicular bridge.
2. Wider flange design improve the rim supporting power.
3. Using the DP shuangxianggang material for the whole wheel, disc thickness is 13mm, rim thickness is 4.5mm, the weight greatly reduced and strength improved as well.
4. The double side hump design equals adding two supporting ring, the wheel will not be separated from the tyre easily even under heavy loading.
