The making process:
The intelligent saw line: fully automated sawing line for the material aluminum bar cutting, the tolerance weight of each unit is controlled within0.5kg. very precisely.
Three steps intelligent forging line: the most advanced forging machine- oil hydraulic press, press force up to 12000ton, ensure the incomparable high strength.
Intelligent flow-forming line: introduce the most advanced flow-forming machine, implement the flow- forming technology which specially used in missile and airplane field.
Intelligent Heat Treatment Line: T6 heat treatment equipment

Firstly we talk the nut structure of wheels. The wheels mounting on vehicle is actually been mounted on the hup extended from the brake disc. Different factory chooses different hub for various vehicle. The very common sort is 4 nut, 5 nut and 6 nut. The most racing car and recreational vehicle are 4 nuts or 5 nuts, but, jeep car is 6 nut. The distance of each nut are different too.
Some sort nuts used very commonly are as below:
4x100,4x114.3,5x100,5x114.3,5x120, etc. They are one of the most basic data of alloy wheels, the first figure is the number of nuts and the second figure is the distance of each nut. For instance, your vehicle hub is 5x114.3, you have to use exactly only this sort of nut for your vehicle. The way of mounting the wheel nuts, I think many people know and some people do not know, so we say it again here. In spite of tighten or loosen the nuts, there is a special order, this special order is the key ensuring the wheels locked on the vehicle firmly.
This words is also applicable to vehicle. A good car's wheel size never be small, wheel is also the first breakthrough point for the car's refit. Not the appearance of the car will be more cool, the car's property will be increased simply and directly.
