阿根廷对华钢轮毂启动反倾销日落复审调查
2024年11月12日,阿根廷经济部发布2024年第1178号公告称,应阿根廷企业DISTRIBUIDORA COMERSUR S.A.申请,对原产于中国的钢轮毂(西班牙语：ruedas de acero)启动反倾销第一次日落复审调查.涉案产品为用于公共汽车,卡车,拖车和半挂车,公称直径大于等于444.5毫米(17.5英寸)但不超过622.33(24.5英寸)毫米,公称厚度大于等于152.4毫米(6英寸)的钢制轮毂.本案涉及南共市税号8708.70.90和8716.90.90项下的产品.案件调查期间,暂不对涉案产品征收反倾销税.公告自发布之日起生效.
2018年12月18日,阿根廷对原产于中国的钢轮毂启动反倾销调查.2019年12月9日,阿根廷原生产与劳工部发布2019年第1444号公告,对该案作出肯定性终裁,正式对涉案产品征收离岸价(FOB)41.78%的反倾销税,有效期为五年.
Argentina launched an anti-dumping sunset review investigation on Chinese steel wheels.
ON NOVEMBER 12, 2024, THE ARGENTINE MINISTRY OF ECONOMY ISSUED ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 1178 OF 2024, STATING THAT AT THE REQUEST OF THE ARGENTINE COMPANY DISTRIBUIDORA COMERSUR S.A., THE FIRST ANTI-DUMPING SUNSET REVIEW INVESTIGATION WAS LAUNCHED ON STEEL WHEELS (SPANISH: RUEDAS DE ACERO) ORIGINATING IN CHINA. The products involved in the case are steel wheels used in buses, trucks, trailers and semi-trailers, with a nominal diameter of 444.5 mm (17.5 inches) or more but not more than 622.33 (24.5 inches) and a nominal thickness of 152.4 mm (6 inches) or more. This case involves products under the SACODC tax codes 8708.70.90 and 8716.90.90. During the investigation of the case, anti-dumping duties will not be levied on the products involved in the case for the time being. The announcement shall take effect from the date of publication.
On December 18, 2018, Argentina launched an anti-dumping investigation on steel wheels originating in China. On December 9, 2019, the former Ministry of Production and Labor of Argentina issued Announcement No. 1444 of 2019, making an affirmative final ruling on the case, formally imposing an anti-dumping duty of 41.78% of the free on board price (FOB) on the products involved, which is valid for five years.
