The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) made a final ruling on the first anti-dump sunset review of steel wheels
On October 17, 2024, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make the first anti-dumping and countervailing duty sunset review affirmative final ruling on industrial injury of steel wheels imported from China: ruling that if the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures are removed, the material injury caused by the import of the products in question to the U.S. domestic industry may continue or recur for a reasonably foreseeable period. According to the final ruling, the existing anti-dumping and countervailing measures in this case continue to be effective.
On April 17, 2018, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation into steel wheels imported from China. On March 22, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce made a final anti-dumping and countervailing ruling on steel wheels imported from China. On April 1, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched the first anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation of steel wheels imported from China.
